Like my cake?.... Well can you believe I learned it from a Wilton decorator.. wow so amazed at how much I have learned in 4 months. Imagine what I would learn if I went to school. I think I have found my calling. I have already taken all four course and even though this was not from my first class and there are other things to learn before you do this cake, I thought you would like to see what just two months of this class taught me. I think that when I show you the step by step way to make this cake you will learn as quickly as I did. If it takes you a little longer, it's ok, that is what I am here for. I will do my best to answer any questions and help in any way I am able to. I will soon post a step by step picture of what you need to to do get the end result of the roses and will show you the best way I can how to cover a cake in fondant.
